Translate to English Herber, relativ alkoholstarker Duft nach Sauerkirschen und dunklen Beeren mit leicht rauchigen Tönen, etwas angetrocknetem Paprika und Kräutern sowie floralen und erdigen bis mineralischen Nuancen. Sehr kräftig im Mund, reife, eher dunkle Frucht mit vegetabilen und erdigen Tönen, holzige Aromen und merklich trocknendes Tannin am Gaumen, etwas Kaffee und Kakao, erdige Noten, wärmender Alkohol, gute Nachhaltigkeit, gewisse Mineralik im Hintergrund, relativ lebendige Säure, hat Biss, guter, wenn auch alkoholstarker Abgang mit Röstung und reifer, teils eingemacht wirkender, säuerlicher Frucht.
