Translate to English Nussiger und betont vegetabiler Duft mit erdigen Noten, einem Hauch Speck, Asche und gelbfruchtigen Anklängen. Zurückhaltende Frucht im Mund, wieder deutlich vegetabil, etwas erdig und einen Hauch speckig, passende, leicht zitronige Säure und etwas Gerbstoff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, etwas Wärme und Schmelz am Gaumen, pilzige Noten, im Hintergrund auch mineralische Anklänge, guter, leicht süßlicher Abgang mit etwas Biss und spürbarem Alkohol.
