Tart nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, floral notes, pomaceous fruit, hint of tobacco and nuts, earthy and mineral notes. Ripe, firm, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty notes, light nutty oak, very elegant, lively acidity, persistent and grippy, some depth, prominent mineral notes, delicate yeasty notes, hint of tobacco, fairly full-bodied and creamy, but also polished, more spicy oak on a very good and fairly juicy finish.
