Partly dried pomaceous fruit and citrus on the nose, some elderberry and a hint of cassis, mineral notes, light spicy oak. Clear, polished fruit on the palate, spicy oak, vegetal as well as some mineral notes, elegant, lively acidity, good persistence, very meticulously made, has some depth, good to very good finish.

Editor note: Spicy oak on the nose, delicate hint of caramel, ripe, partly candied pomaceous fruit and some candied citrus fruit, vegetal, nutty and prominent mineral notes. Creamy on the palate, ripe fruit, elegant ,lively acidity, salty mineral notes, herbaceous notes, integrated spicy oak, some sugar candy, good persistence and has some depth, very good finihs.
