Im Mund herbe Frucht von Äpfeln und Zitronen, wieder ein wenig Stachelbeere, dazu getrocknete Heilkräuter und erdige Noten, präsente, passende Säure, kühler Stil, ordentlicher, leicht bitterlicher Abgang.
