Translate to English Kühler, noch immer hefiger, auch etwas pflanzlicher bis leicht kräuteriger Kernobstduft mit Zitrusnuancen und kandiert-nussigen Anklängen. Reife, recht saftige Frucht, nussige und buttrige Aromen, feine, recht lebendige Säure, pflanzliche und leicht kräuterige Aromen, etwas Karamell, gute Nachhaltigkeit, hat Kraft und Schmelz, etwas gewürzig im Hintergrund, sehr guter, schmelzig-saftiger, süßlicher leicht karamelliger und buttriger Abgang mit kandiert-nussigen Tönen.

Editor note: Translate to English Vegetabiler und etwas phenolischer Duft nach Rosenholz sowie teils fermentierten Birnen und Äpfeln mit erdigen Tönen. Etwas weiche, nicht ganz trockene Frucht im Mund, teils kandierte Zitrusfrüchte, getrocknete Blüten, hell geröstete Nüsse, reife Säure, hat Kraft und Nachhaltigkeit, etwas antrocknend am Gaumen, im Hintergrund Mineralik, wirkt derzeit etwas rustikal, gewisse Tiefe, käsige Noten, sehr guter Abgang. Derzeit in einer schwierigen Phase.

Editor note: Pomaceous fruit and melon on the nose, vegetal and light nutty notes. Initially slightly sharp on the palate, tart pomaceous fruit, more vegetal and nutty notes, earthy and mineral notes, integrated acidity, has some substance, becomes more creamy with aeration, quite a good grip, quite full-bodied, slightly bitter spice on an otherwise good finish.
