2000 Leithaberg Blaufränkisch trocken Große Reserve, Burgenland, Austria

Very mature nose, dominated by oak, roasted notes, very ripe mixed berriesm meaty notes and some soup greens, earthy and mineral notes, touch of rubber. Fairly juicy fruit on the palate, loads of oak, rubber, candied n uts, soup greens, some sandy tannins, good persistence, very full-bodied and creamy, fairly complex spice, some licorice, very good finish.
