2004 Leithaberg Rust Furmint Ausbruch süß, Burgenland, Austria

Polished nose with white peaches, slightly piquant vegetal notes, delicately spicy botrytis. Complex on the palate, yellow fruit, dried and candied exotic fruit, light nutty traces, mineral and delicate herbaceous notes, has backbone and loads of character, hint of slightly bitter botrytis notes in the background, balancing acidity, apparently ageless, full-bodied yet almost cool, good long finish.
