Berry nose, chocolate notes, prominent small oak. Lots of sweetish oak, too, on the palate, slightly dissolute red fruit, little varietal character, nor does it show its origin, integrated, fairly mature tannins, has some substance, but not particularly persistent, attractive finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2008+. What our ratings mean
