Translate to English Herber, etwas rußiger Duft nach teils eingemachten schwarzen Beeren und Paprika mit getrocknet-kräuterigen Noten, erdigen Tönen, schwarzen Oliven und Holz. Reife, etwas kompottige Frucht mit sehr viel Holz, erdige Noten, Paprika, Bitterschokolade und Kaffeesatz, trocknendes Tannin, nicht sehr tief, etwas Biss, leicht verschwommene Konturen, sandiger Abgang.

Editor note: Blackcurrants on the nose, some plums and cherries, slightly stalky with green notes, roasted, spicy oak. Dark, rather lean fruit, quite prominent spicy oak, green vegetal notes in the background, fine sandy, slightly astringent tannins, light sooty notes, medium depth and persistence, roasted oak on the finish.
