Delicately perfumed , elegant nose, floral notes, caramelised yellow fruit and apricots. Straightforward style, complex with piquant bitter notes, caramelised yellow fruit, dried herbs and some nutty notes, very well balanced body, fruit and acidity, good structure and substance, firm but also lively, delicate spicy notes and some raisins on a good long finish.
