Fairly shy nose with preserved red berries, delicate vanilla notes. Harmonious and smooth, very soft, moderate and fairly persistent berry fruit, moderate tannins, hint of old oak and slightly astringent on an attractive finish.

Editor note: Slightly burnt notes on the nose, light animal notes and undergrowth, berries with a hint of chocolate and light mineral traces. Light roasted and sooty notes on the palate, delicate spice, soft, partly preserved berry fruit, some more mineral notes, not particularly deep, but complex, integrated, slightly astringent tannins, good finish.
