2007 Cabernet Sauvignon trocken Reserve, Burgenland, Austria

Preserved and partly dried blackcurrants and blackberries on the nose, some dried herbs and earthy notes, smoky and roasted notes, light spicy oak. Fairly cool, polished, quite juicy fruit on the palate, moderate spicy oak, light smoky notes, medium-fine, slightly astringent tannins, earthy notes, undergrowth and mushrooms, dried vegetal traces, slightly brittle, hint of sweet cake spice, good persistence, quite juicy on a very good finish.
