2007 trocken Cardinal, Burgenland, Austria

Fairly mature nose, mixed berries and plums, dried herbs, spices, earthy and mineral notes, some black olives. Fairly mature fruit on the palate, partly dried berries and plums, herbs and spices, touch of sour cherries and some green bell peppers, toasted oak, light cedary notes and some tobacco, earthy notes, mature, fairly prominent fine-grained tannins, delicate acid bite, kuicy and polished, quite firm and has some depth, persistent and very refreshing, very good finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2018+. What our ratings mean
