Translate to English Recht herber, etwas rauchig-speckiger, holziger, fleischiger und pfeffriger Duft nach überwiegend schwarzen Beeren mit recht deutlichen Trockenkräuternoten und erdigen Tönen. Kräftig im Mund, reife, dunkle, etwas kompottige Frucht, rauchiges und röstiges Holz, Bitterschokolade und gemälztes Getreide, nachhaltig am Gaumen, präsentes, etwas trocknendes Tannin, viel Schmelz, ein wenig rustikaler Stil, sehr guter Abgang mit kompottiger Frucht und leicht bitterlich-nussiger Holzwürze.
