Reife, leicht kompottige, auch saftige Frucht, Kandisnoten und merkliche Holzwürze, süßlicher Schmelz am Gaumen, gute Nachhaltigkeit, zarter Säurebiss, im Hintergrund Kräuter, Pfeffer und florale Nuancen, etwas Wärme, hat Kraft, sehr guter, gewürziger und wieder leicht kompottiger Abgang mit fleischigen und pfeffrigen Noten.
