2018 Spätburgunder trocken "Muschelkalk", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Cool, clear nopse, mixed berries and some cherries, light floral as well as chalky mineral notes. Clear, polished, fairly cool fruit on the palate, elegant and juicy, moderate spicy oak, hint of tobacco, fine tannins, light acid bite, more chalky mineral notes, good persistence, clear contours on a good to very good, elegant, juicy finish.
