Translate to English Relativ kühler, etwas nussig-hefiger, dazu vegetabiler bis getrocknet-kräuteriger und angedeutet speckiger Duft mit verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, einem Hauch Mandeln und heller Mineralik. Geradlinige, eher zurückhaltende, ganz leicht süßliche Frucht, feine, lebendige Säure, zarte Kohlensäure, im Hintergrund gemischte Beeren, noch ganz leicht trocknender Gerbstoff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, salzige Töne, noch jung, gewinnt mit Luft an Schliff, guter bis sehr guter, leicht pfeffriger Abgang mit Biss.
