Cool nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, restrained, light, citrussy yellow fruit, noticeable mineral notes inthe background. Fairly firm, juicy, noticeably sweet fruit on the palate, lively acidity, fresh vegetal notes, light yeasty aromas, more prominent salty mineral notes, persistent, has bite and some grip, some depth, very good firm, juicy, minerally finish, but unnecessartily sweet.
