Ripe, tranquil, warm fruit on the palate, some wilted flowers, nutty notes, hint of mushrooms, some yellow spice, moderate acidity, slightly astringent tannins, hint of herbs and olive oil, noticeable high alcohol, hint of bacon, protein, earthy and mineral notes, fairly rustic style, good to very good warm finish.
