2016 Lemberger VDP.Gutswein trocken, Württemberg, Germany

Clear, slightly spicy scent of mixed berries and a little cherry with floral, vegetable and peppery nuances. Straightforward, rather cool fruit, fine tannin and some bite, herbal nuances, mineral traces, some persistence, very slightly covered on the palate, a hint of bacon, good to very good, still a trace of drying finish.
