Fairly cool, fairlyshy nose, floral and light nutty notes, citrus fruit, herbaceous notes, hint of mushrooms. Fairly creamy, but also fairly firm fruit on the palate, yeasty traces, delicately sweetish and creamy, elegant, lively acidity, still has a touch of carbon dioxide, chalky, peppery and light floral traces, has some grip, good persistence, light oak in the background, salty notes, good to very good finish.
