Translate to English Leicht laktische Spontangärnase nach Steinobst mit mineralischen und kräuterigen Tönen. Dezente Süße, eher ruhige, wiederum zart mineralische, eingemachte Pfirsichfrucht, leicht kräuterig und auch angedeutet laktisch, reife, eingebundene Säure, zart schmelzig, hat gewisse Substanz und zeigt Herkunft, leicht gerbstoffig im guten Abgang.
