Translate to English Leicht käsige und hefige, ein wenig brotige Kernobst- und Rotbeerennase. Auch im Mund noch Noten von der Hefe, weiche, verschwommene Frucht nach etwas Apfel und eingemachten roten Beeren, etwas rau und zart bitterlich, passende Säure, hat gewisse Substanz, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang.
