Recht feste, saftige, nicht ganz trockene Frucht, lebendige, feine Säure, hefige und kräuterig-pflanzliche Aromen, nachhaltig am Gaumen, ziemlich mineralisch, noch gänzlich unentwickelt, sehr guter Abgang mit hellem Saft.
