Editor note: Citrus and stone fruit on the nose, vegetal, delicate yeasty and floral notes, light mineral traces. Sweetish fruit on the palate, lively acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, vegetal and floral aromas, light tannins, good persistence, firm bite, still very slightly rough, mineral notes, hint of bacon on a good to very good, slightly tart and sweetish finish.
Best to drink: Late 2019-2024+
