Translate to English Ein wenig gedeckter, kräuteriger, nussiger, hefiger und angedeutet speckiger Duft nach gelben Früchten mit einem Hauch Exotik. Jugendliche, eher herbe Frucht mit zart süßlichem Schmelz, feine, lebendige Säure, etwas Wachs am Gaumen, angedeutet weißer Pfeffer, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit und Substanz, ganz leichter Gerbstoff-Griff, Zitruszesten im Hintergrund, dann auch salzige Mineralik, guter bis sehr guter Abgang mit pilzigen Spuren.
