Recht feste, saftige, wieder teils kandiert wirkende Frucht mit lebhafter Säure, leicht pflanzlichen und wieder floralen Tönen, gewisse Süße, aber auch viel herbe Mineralik, nachhaltig, etwas Griffig, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter, straffer, saftiger und mineralischer Abgang mit reichlich Säurebiss.
