Translate to English Leicht gedeckter, vegetabiler, wachsiger und etwas gelb-gewürziger Duft nach teils kandierten Zitrusfrüchten und angetrocknetem Steinobst mit nussigen und floralen Tönen. Süßliche, wieder kandiert wirkende Frucht, sehr präsente Säure, etwas gedeckt am Gaumen, nussig und leicht karamellig, deutlich vegetabile Aromen, auch etwas Wachs, ein wenig trocknender Gerbstoff, recht kräftig, gelb-gewürzig, guter, süß-saurer und wieder etwas gedeckter Abgang mit karamelligen Noten.

Klare, weiche, deutlich süßliche Frucht im Mund, relativ moderate Säure, wieder vegetabile Aromen, etwas Mineralik, karamellige Anklänge und laktische Nuancen, gewisse Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, guter bis sehr guter, nur wieder unnötig süßer Abgang. Braucht etwas Zeit.
