2017 Grauburgunder trocken Schatz vom Vulkan, Baden, Germany

Very slightly muted nose, light nutty, vegetal and dried herbaceous notes, hint of bacon, restrained yellow fruit with an exotic touch. Youthful, fairly polished, slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, delicately creamy, prominent yeasty notes, very elegant, lively acidity, light grip, good persistence, earthy and salty mineral notes, smoky traces, not particularly deep, clear contours, good to very good finish.
