Cool nose with melon and apples, vegetal notes, light boiled sweets character. Clear and straightforward style, again a hint of boiled sweets, elegant acidity, mineral traces on the palate and some delicate nutty notes, slightly creamy, high alcohol, but well integrated, quite persistent, surprisingly prominent mineral notes on the finish.
