2001 Süd-Steiermark Morillon trocken Steirische Klassik, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Mature nose with apples and melon fruit, nutty and delicate tart vegetal notes. Also noticeable mature on the palate, nutty and slightly bitter notes, very elegant acidity, fairly creamy, spicy, quite good persistence, more delicate bitter notes on the finish.
