Wein-Plus rating: Excellent (90 WP)
Last reviewed: 15 October 2011
Editor note: Clear nose, elegant herbaceous notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, hint of bell peppers, some elderberry flowrs, light mineral notes. Very polished, elegant, juicy, bone dry fruit on the palate, elegant notes of bell peppery, herbaceous with prominent mineral notes, some elderberry in the background, persistent and firm, harmonious acidity, has some depth, very well balanced, very good finish. Has improved significantly, as we surmised at the time of the first tasting.

Editor note: Tart, slightly sharp nose, leeks, citrus notes, some green berries and herbs. Polished, restrained fruit on the palate, tart vegetal notes, creamy but also firm and fairly cool, elegant acidity, earthy notes in the background, mineral notes become more prominent with aeration, good depth and persistence, very good finish. Needs aeration, and should be given time to develop, will still improve if the nose becomes more harmonious.
