Moderate pomaceous fruit on the nose, delicate nutty and mineral traces, hint of spicy oak. Polished and elegant on the palate, preserved apple fruit, vegetal and delicate nutty notes, integrated acidity, has some substance, clean as a whistle and very refreshing, delicate herbacoeus notes, touch of elegant spice and mineral traces on a good finish.

Editor note: Apples and some citrus fruit on the nose, nutty traces, light herbs and spices, mineral notes. Very polished, light-bodied but also delicately creamy fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, prominent nutty notes, light herbaceous and mineral notes in the background, very harmonious, good finish.
