Restrained, delicately vegetal and somewhat nutty nose with very light yellow fruity and light floral notes. Quite taut, juicy yellow fruit with clearly nutty flavours, fine acidity and some grip, good persistence, fine tart spiciness, more melting than the moderate alcohol suggests, mineral nuances, hints of smoke, very good, very slightly phenolic-drying finish with a hint of pak choi. Perhaps slightly past its prime, but still in excellent condition.

Editor note: cool nose, light vgeetal and floral notes, light yellow fruit, hint of dark berries, prominent mineral notes. Clear, fairly firm, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, vegetal, earthy, mineral and delicate nutty notes, very elegant acidity, light grip, hint of bacon, very good persistence, some depth, still young, floral traces and a hint of muscat, hint of dark berries, prominent mineral and delicate peppery aromas on a very good, juicy, fairly firm, complex finish with elegant floral and vegetal notes.
