Translate to English Fester, ein wenig reduktiv wirkender, herber Duft nach überwiegend dunklen Beeren und Kirschen mit kräuterig-pflanzlichen, erdigen und floralen Nuancen sowie mineralischen und speckigen Anklängen. Straffe, saftige, eher kühle Frucht mit jugendlichem, aber geschliffenem Tannin und feinem Säurebiss, nachhaltig am Gaumen, etwas nussig-holzige Töne, im Hintergrund Kräuter, erdige und salzige Nuancen, ein Hauch Pfeffer, mit Luft zunehmend Umami, noch wenig entwickelt, gewisse Tiefe, ein wenig Kakao, tabakige Nuancen, recht komplex, sehr guter, fester, saftiger Abgang mit Griff.
