Translate to English Zart getrocknet-floraler, leicht kandiert-nussiger und hefiger, teils warmer Duft nach rotem Kernobst, auch etwas angeschlagenem Apfel und angetrockneten Zitrusfrüchten mit weiß-erdigen Nuancen. Recht straff im Mund, viel Salz, weißer Pfeffer und ein Hauch Ingwer, rotbeerige Nuancen, recht lebendige Säure, etwas nachhaltig, angedeutete weiße Mineralik im Hintergrund, recht guter, saftiger Abgang.
