Clear nose, herbaceous notes, pomaceous fruit and light exotic yellow fruit, nutty and delicate floral notes, light mineral notes in the background, smoky traces. Clear, fairly polished, juicy, creamy fruit on the palate, elegant, lively acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, still slightly yeasty, light earthy and mineral notes, peppery traces, nutty aromas, good persistence, elegant grip and some bite, very good and fairly juicy finish.
