Vegetal nose, light yeasty notes, whiff of bacon, pomaceous fruit, light mushroomy notes, light nutty and mineral traces. Full-bodied and creamy on the palate, ripe fruit, cool minty traces, light nutty oak with prominent vanilla notes, very elegant, restrained acidity, good substance and persistence, delicate toasted notes, hint of caramel, good to very good soft finish.
