Translate to English Recht fester, getrocknet-pflanzlicher und erdig-mineralischer Duft mit verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen und ein wenig pfeffrigen Tönen. Auch im Mund fest, saftige Frucht mit feiner vegetabiler bis kräuteriger Würze, lebendige Säure, viel Griff von reifem Gerbstoff, nachhaltig und recht dicht am Gaumen, gewisse Tiefe, deutliche Mineralik, animierend herber Stil, wirkt nur noch ein wenig verschlossen, hefige und kreidige Nuancen, sehr guter, herb-saftiger und speckig-mineralischer Abgang.
