Yeasty nose, prominent earthy and light dried vegetal notes, ripe yellow fruit and some tobacco. Fairly firm fruit on the palate, still slightly muted, nutty and yeasty aromas, very elegant acidity, slightly astringent tannins, prominent vegetal notes, hint of brown butter and bacon, light grip, very slightly noticeable warm alcohol on a good to very good finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Herb-pflanzlicher, etwas erdiger und hefiger, auch eine Spur nussiger Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Aromen und einer Spur dunkler Beeren. Noch leicht gedeckte Frucht mit pflanzlichen, erdigen und hefigen Noten, wieder ganz leicht nussig, zarter Schmelz, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, ein Hauch Pfeffer, guter, nur wieder leicht gedeckter Abgang.
