Clear, fairly tart nose, nutty and vegetal notes, hint of tobacco, pomaceous fruit, earthy and mineral notes. Ripe, tart, noticeably nutty fruit on the palate, dried vegetal notes and some tobacco, hint of oak, persistent, delicate hint of dried mushrooms, earthy and salty mineral notes in the background, elegantly creamy, but also has some bite, very harmonious and already appealing, spicy nuts and tobacco on a very good elegant, juicy finish.
