Cool nose with light vegetal and yeasty notes, apples and citrus fruit, mineral traces. Clear, spicy, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty and light vegetal notes, very fine mousse, good persistence and substance, fairly creamy, bone dry style, very harmonious, very good finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2013+. What our ratings mean
