Firm, yeasty nose, nutty notes, partly dried pomaceous fruit, light floral and herbaceous notes, hint of iodine. Ripe, juicy, slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty and nutty aromas, touch of yellow spice, fine mousse, light tannic touch, hint of tobacco, delicate dried vegetal traces, touch of sugar candy, good persistence and substance, herbaceous traces, very good, slightly sweetish finish.
