Delicate nutty notes on the nose, hint of herbs, pomaceous fruit, partly candied citrus fruit, floral and mineral traces. Clear, bone dry, juicy, nutty fruit on the palate, elegant vegetal aromas, lively, elegant acidity, light grip, persistent, medium body, floral traces, restrained spicy oak, yeasty traces, salty mineral notes, light grip, still surprisingly youthful, good depth, quite complex, very good long finish. We totally underestimated this wine in its youth, it is in great condition, and still holds a promise of maturation for years to come.
