Translate to English Herber, pflanzlicher bis kräuteriger Duft mit gelb- und grünfruchtigen Noten, einem Hauch dunkler Beeren und erdigen Tönen. Straff und recht saftig im Mund, reife Frucht mit viel pflanzlicher Würze, feine, lebendige Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, gewisser Schmelz, deutliche Mineralik, zarte Holunder- und Wacholdertöne, anregend, beste Balance, sehr guter Abgang. Kommt im ersten Moment fast ein wenig unscheinbar daher, zeigt an der Luft dann aber doch schnell, was er wirklich kann.
