Cool nose, prominent yeasty notes, light dried floral and nutty notes, yellow fruit and brioche. Clear, polished, cool, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty notes, vegetal and herbaceous notes, very fine, fairly moderate mousse, light bite, persistent and fairly firm, light nutty traces, herbaceous traces, mineral traces in the background, very classic style, bone dry, very refreshing, very good cool, elegant, juicy finish. A pleasure to drink.
