Nose still noticeably reductive, prominent vegetal notes, earthy and light mineral notes, touch of mountain herbs, almonds and capers, restrained yellow fruit. Cool, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, prominent herbaceous and light vegetal notes, lively, elegant acidity, salty mineral notes in the background, mountain flowers, light grip, lively, good persistence, firm sturcture, yeasty traces, telegant touch of sharp olive oil, very good bone dry finish.
