Fairly open, but also fairly firm and deep nose, vegetal aromas, yellow fruit, touch of yellow spice, prominent mineral notes. Tart fruit on the palate, yeasty, nutty and vegetal notes, very elegant acidity, integrated tannins, hint of tobacco and earthy notes in the background, hint of mushrooms, some more yellow spice, earthy and salty mineral notes in the background, full body, very good finish.
