Nussig, hefig und vegetabil im Mund, teils kandiert und getrocknet wirkende, zitrusbetonte Frucht mit Kernobstnoten sowie hefigen und bitterlich-nussigen Tönen, präsentes, recht feines Mousseux, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit und Substanz, süßlich-karamellige Spuren, nussig-würziger und vegetabiler Abgang.
